Two words: Chicken. Schwarma. The best in town. Hands-down. When I moved to East Lansing nearly 20 years ago, Sultan's was one of my first finds. Back then I was a vegetarian, and the falafel here were my favorite, most often paired with a High C Lemonade. The falafel are light and flavor-filled, the hummus creamy perfection and the salads are always fresh and healthy. Now as an omnivore I get to try so much more on menu. And while baked kibbie and grape leaves are delicious, it all comes down to the schwarma for me. If you haven't had it here, you are really, really missing out. But don't take my word for it!
